Message Development and
Planning
Because inconsistent messages will confound
even the most well-planned communications
efforts, we help clients articulate what,
exactly, their key messages are. To be
clear, we don’t tell clients what their key
messages should be. We help clients discover
what their key messages are. Through a
time-tested process that has helped
countless others, we work closely and
confidentially with our clients’ senior
executives asking the tough questions and
leading the honest discussion that will
result in the positive messages upon which a
communications campaign – including public
relations, advertising and marketing – is
built.
Press and Communications
Materials
Oftentimes, clients will come to us seeking
a single press release or brochure for a
trade show, special event, or the like.
Without standing on ceremony, we work
efficiently and effectively to develop the
press release, ad copy, brochure, speech,
bylined article, white paper, newsletter
(internal and external) and so on, that our
clients need to make the most effective
impact.
Getting the Message Out
At BCI, we don’t just tell you what to do,
we do it. We’ll draft the press release and
we’ll distribute it appropriately. We’ll
write the article and help get it properly
placed. We’ll develop the ad copy and offer
advice for the most effective placement.
We’ll brainstorm possible article angles
with clients and pitch the right
journalists. And, if we don’t have the right
expertise in-house, we’ll find the perfect
partner.
Communications Training
Our clients are experts at what they do.
However, even the most brilliant
professionals sometimes need help practicing
the delivery of their key messages. At BCI
we help our clients get ready to deliver
their messages whether in preparing for a
media interview, anticipating crisis
scenarios, presenting at a national
conference or delivering the keynote speech
at a community business luncheon.
